General Liability Insurance

General Liability Insurance provides your regional chapters, centers or clubs protection from third party claims alleging damages for incidents such as bodily injury, personal injury or property damage. We understand non-profit organizations face a variety of risks in the day-to-day management of their chapters and because we work with large numbers of non-profits nationwide, we not only understand these risks but we’re experienced with designing tailored General Liability Insurance solutions for non-profit organizations.

Property Insurance

We design customized business property insurance coverage based on the specific needs of your non-profit organization. With this objective in mind, our team works directly with your regional managers to help them understand the coverage requirements they need for their chapter or center building and answer any questions they may have.

Management (D&O) Liability

We provide Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance for the executives and Board of Directors of your organization in the event of third parties bringing litigation with claims of mismanagement, breach of financial duties and duty of care. This insurance will protect the personal assets of your executives and Board of Directors.

Event Liability Insurance

If your chapters or centers hold events whether on or off their property you could incur unexpected risks. Should a claim occur at one of these events, Event Liability Insurance provides coverage for which the chapter or center is responsible. Additional coverage could be added to your policy, such as Liquor Liability or Cancellation Insurance.
